What to Expect

Our warm and friendly staff known as our Magic Makers will check you in, introduce themselves and the village in a playful and charming manner.  Children are then encouraged to explore and discover all that our magical village has to offer and the fun really begins when the child’s imagination is set free.

Our little villagers choose where to play and for how long.   Our magic makers gently reignite play whenever necessary and parents are invited to engage with their children and encourage exploration too.  While the children play, our magic makers will discreetly clean up and return bits and bobs to each role-play pod so they can be played with over and over again.

For the last 5 minutes of each play session, a “clean up” song will be played to encourage children to help tidy up and prepare them for home time.

Parents and carers must remain on site and are free to enjoy a delicious coffee made by our skilled barista while chatting to friends or catching up on work at our coffee bar. We offer an assortment of baked goods as well as kid’s combos.  Check our menu for more details.
